Stunned and humbled

One of the most affecting missives I have ever read!

Last week's moving epistle 'In memory of Rebecca Say'.

The very opposite of what usually goads me into seizing my toxicant pen.

I guess few people would describe me as 'humble'; I tend to get excited when I see injustice and all the evil of this world and yell and cuss at the TV when every newscast contains all manner of pain, stress, terror and misery. I was euphemistically struck between the eyes with a ball-peen hammer when I read page 40 of last week's Midland Express!

Stunned, subjugated, humbled, tearful, even tender affection.

I thank you Vic Say for lifting my spirit.
