Club gives back

Two Kyneton families have become the inaugural recipients of Kyneton Football Netball Club's newly established Community Goodwill Fund.

The KFNC Community Goodwill Fund, facilitated by Jellis Craig Macedon Ranges, has identified two members of the Kyneton community who are going through considerable personal hardship due to illness.

The KFNC has allocated funds held in Trust to both individuals and their families, in an effort to take some financial pressure off them during this particularly difficult time.

Kyneton Football Netball Club vice-president Karen O'Sullivan said the club spent a lot of time and effort fundraising to help with its operational running, and now, thanks to the generous partnership with Jellis Craig director Tom May, it could give back to people in the community who needed some extra help.

"The Kyneton Football Netball Club is fortunate to have so may loyal supporters and sponsors who have contributed to the club's ongoing rebuild over the last few years, now we feel the boot's on the other foot, and, as a community sports club we can support others," Ms O'Sullivan said.
